Buildings are part of nature. Make them delightful, sustainable and in harmony with the environment so that the world may remain relevant for our future generation.

Having completed his undergrad and postgrad programmes at the University of Sheffield, Shuhemi spent several years in the UK undergoing professional training at Perry Thomas Partnership before joining HIJJAS in 1993. In his role as project architect, he helped deliver one of the practice’s most prominent and important projects, Menara Telekom.

With his deep technical knowledge and expertise, Shuhemi would go on to lead several large-scale projects such as Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC) and the Al-Faisal University project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. His other notable projects include Menara Shell in KL Sentral and Heriot-Watt University City Campus in Putrajaya.
